* src/system.h (EXIT_FAILURE, EXIT_SUCCESS): Remove definitions.
Instead, include "exit.h".  This hereby retires the work-around for
"Sony NEWS-OS Release 4.0C"'s bug due to "#define EXIT_FAILURE 0".
