docs: double mention of armv9-a.

The list of available architecture for Arm is incorrectly listing armv9-a twice.
This removes the duplicate armv9-a enumeration from the part of the list having
M-profile targets.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* doc/invoke.texi: Remove duplicate armv9-a mention.
