Merge branch 'kh/doc-trailers' into jch

Documentation for 'git interpret-trailers' has been updated to explain
the format of trailer keys (alphanumeric characters and hyphens),
replace outdated terminology, define key terms upfront, and document
how comment lines in the input are treated.
