libldb: Update to version 2.8.0-1

- IPFire-3.x
- Update from version 2.6.1-2 to 2.8.0-1
- This version is required for samba-4.19.0
- Changelog - I could not find any changelog info anywhere. Apparently there is a
   git repo for this package but I could not find it.
