These are dependencies for patch 3. 3) switch nft_fib_ipv6 module to no longer need temporary dst_entry object allocations by using fib6_lookup() + RCU. This gets us ~13% higher packet rate in my tests. Patches 4 to 8, from Eric Dumazet, zap sk_callback_lock usage in netfilter. Patch 9 removes another sk_callback_lock instance.
