hwdb: map mic-mute key on Logitech K950 (Bluetooth)

The mic-mute key on the Logitech K950 keyboard (046D:B388, Bluetooth)
emits BTN_0 (scancode 0x100e1) instead of a usable key, so it does
nothing under GNOME/KDE. Map it to KEY_MICMUTE, its intended function.

Scancode determined with evtest on the device.
