arm64: dts: qcom: sc8280xp-lenovo-thinkpad-x13: Set up 4-lane DP

Allow up to 4 lanes for the DisplayPort link from the PHYs to the
controllers and allow mode-switch events to reach the QMP Combo PHYs.
