fix: usr: Ignore updates removing DNSKEY RRset with class ANY

When a Dynamic Update is received that removes the ``DNSKEY`` (or ``CDNSKEY``,
or ``CDS``) RRset, remove all records except the ones that are in use
for signing for the zone.
