cfgcleanup.c (try_optimize_cfg): Allow merging of tablejumps before flow2.

        * cfgcleanup.c (try_optimize_cfg): Allow merging of tablejumps
        before flow2.
        * cfgrtl.c (try_redirect_by_replacing_jump): Similarly.
