maint: tests: avoid AIX specific EACCES handling

* tests/rm/inaccessible.sh: Remove AIX specific handling.
* tests/cp/fail-perm.sh: Likeise.  Also remove confusing
EPERM/HPUX mentions.
* tests/misc/sync.sh: Don't hardcode EISDIR and EACCES.
