(LIBGNAT_TARGET_PAIRS_32): Split off from LIBGNAT_TARGET_PAIRS.
(LIBGNAT_TARGET_PAIRS_64): New.
(LIBGNAT_TARGET_PAIRS): Add either depending on multilib.
