Zstd has been introduced to FreeBSD ports
(http://www.freshports.org/archivers/zstd/) which DragonFly BSD also
uses.  FreeBSD and DragonFly use the install targets (albeit modified in
some cases) so they must be added to the associated Makefile filters.
