Subject: [PATCH] doc: NEWS: mention that sort --compress=script needs a
 shebang

* NEWS: Mention that we don't fall-back to executing /bin/sh <script>
for malformed scripts that don't start with #!..., or any executable
that returns ENOEXEC in general.
