Build FreeBSD with MIT Kerberos5 instead of Heimdal

tsiggss system tests crash or are unstable with the base FreeBSD
(Heimdal-based) GSS-API.

Move the --without-gssapi ./configure option to Alpine Linux, so the
option is tested somewhere.
