Drop the last remnant of ns2/named-alt3.conf.in

The ns2/named-alt3.conf.in config file was removed in
f8e264ba6d0583732bed5950f832ecb3cba8186e. From then on, system test
reports:

    sed: can't read ns2/named-alt3.conf.in: No such file or directory"

Drop the last remnant of ns2/named-alt3.conf.in.
