dt-bindings: mmc: sdhci-of-dwcmshc: Add Eswin EIC7700

EIC7700 use Synopsys dwcmshc IP for SD/eMMC controllers.
Add Eswin EIC7700 support in sdhci-of-dwcmshc.yaml.
