* acgeneral.m4 (AC_OUTPUT_HEADER): Apply Jan 15 fix to
  AC_OUTPUT_MAKE_DEFS here too: Match `#define foo' without trailing
  space in confdefs.h.  Before configure would lose if all its trailing
  whitespace got stripped, and that can happen in mail.
