patch 9.2.0107: tests: Test_statuslineopt() is flaky

Problem:  tests: Test_statuslineopt() is flaky
Solution: Force a redraw earlier and read screen content directly using
          screenstring() instead of g:ScreenLines() (Hirohito Higashi).
