* doc/autoconf.texi (Limitations of Usual Tools): Some about mv
from /tmp.
Thanks to Bill Moseley and Paul Eggert.
* lib/m4sugar/m4sh.m4 (AS_TMPDIR): $2 is the directory into which
the tmpdir must be created.
* lib/autoconf/status.m4 (_AC_OUTPUT_CONFIG_STATUS): Have the tmp
dir be in the build tree, instead of $TMPDIR.
