Bash completion script for util commands

    * Makefile.am:  Add util/bash-completion.d directory
    * configure.ac: Likewise.
    * util/bash-completion.d/Makefile.am: New file.
    * util/bash-completion.d/grub-completion.bash.in: Likewise.
