* bin/autoreconf.in (&autoreconf): Run aclocal before tracing, so
that we can trace macros from aclocal.m4.
Trace AC_PROG_LIBTOOL, not AM_PROG_LIBTOOL, since the latter is
obsoleted, and redirect to the former anyway.
