dt-bindings: mailbox: qcom,cpucp-mbox: Add Hawi compatible

Document CPU Control Processor (CPUCP) mailbox controller for Qualcomm
Hawi SoCs. It is software compatible with X1E80100 CPUCP mailbox
controller hence fallback to it.
