python3-sphinxcontrib-applehelp: upgrade 1.0.7 -> 1.0.8

Changelog:

-  Remove Sphinx as a required dependency, as circular dependencies may cause
  failure with package managers that expect a directed acyclic graph (DAG)
  of dependencies.
