CI: Sage: Drop rpi_arm64 lwIP variants

With commit 17ceb774a185 ("rpi_arm64: Enable MBEDTLS/LWIP/WGET and
WGET_HTTPS"), we can drop the tests for switching from the legacy stack
to lwIP.
