Enable CONFIG_OF_UPSTREAM to receive automatic
device tree updates for the Aquila AM69.

Remove the now-obsolete device tree files:
- arch/arm/dts/k3-am69-aquila-dev.dts
- arch/arm/dts/k3-am69-aquila.dtsi
