doc: remove outdated signature_dupctx usage note

EVP_PKEY_CTX_dup() may use the provider signature dupctx callback
via EVP_DigestSignFinal() and EVP_DigestVerifyFinal().

Complements: 864b89ce497c "Move EVP_PKEY algorithm implementations into a union"
