Pull irqchip driver fixes from Ingo Molnar:

 - Fix the hardware probing error path of the renesas-rzt2h
   irqchip driver

 - Fix the exynos-combiner irqchip driver on -rt kernels
   by turning the IRQ controller spinlock into a raw spinlock
