[9.18] fix: test: Fix the .hypothesis directory to bin/tests/system/.hypothesis

Previously the location of the .hypothesis directory would depend on the
current working directory when running pytest.

Set the HYPOTHESIS_STORAGE_DIRECTORY explicitly.
