drop some bnxt patches from 6.6.

follow-on fixes could not be applied, so drop them all.

drop ext4 patches.

Too many follow-on fixes were needed as well, let's wait for a real fix
from the ext4 developers show up as this is going to be needed for _all_
stable branches, not just 6.12.y
