No Scroll Animation when scroll_speed = 0

While implementing Joyride on our site we noticed when setting scroll_speed to 0 per your documentation, Joyride would still scroll, but do it instantly. This small adjustment fixed the issue for us.

Since tab key triggers the blur event, skip it.
It's not a keydown event that needs to be triggered.

But the namespaced events weren't restored.  This commit re-adds them, as specified in that first commit.
Without namespaced events, Abide doesn't act like the Events section of its documentation says it should here: http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/components/abide.html#events
