libltdl: delete use of ^L

GNU indent does not process this well, and nothing else in the tree
uses this convention, so drop it.

(GNU indent is enforced by gnulib when running `make distcheck`.)

* libltdl/ltdl.c: Delete ^L.
* libltdl/ltdl.h: Likewise.
