ath12k-testing: WCN7850 hw2.0: board-2.bin: add names without qmi-board-id=255

So at the moment if the firmware doesn't provide qmi-board-id ath12k sets the
value to 255. I plan fix that in ath12k so that ath12k doesn't search
qmi-board-id at all.

To make this all backwards compatible add names without qmi-board-id for cases
when it's 255.
