Allow dlopen self test to work with gcc's -fvisibility=hidden.

Don't settle for any dumpbin/link program as name lister.

Fix flakey mdemo-dryrun test on MSYS (again!)
* tests/mdemo-dryrun.test: ls -l in MSYS sometimes shows year,
