Add selot.jp.net to phishing list per request in issue #1607

The domain selot.jp.net was requested for addition to the phishing list because it is a malicious phishing website that uses redirect techniques to deceive users. After verification, the domain is not present in the list and has been added.

This change adds the domain to the source phishing.txt and regenerates all derived formats.
