zabbix_agentd: Update to 6.0.27 (LTS)

- Update from version 6.0.22 to 6.0.27
- Update of rootfile not required

Bugs fixed:
- ZBX-23715: Fixed persistent directory path not following symlinks upon creation
- ZBX-22933: Improved vfs.file.regmatch and vfs.file.regexp items to use buffered file read
