Makefile: Add 'check-groff-warnings' target

Add a 'check-groff-warnings' target to check if groff
reports warnings (the underlying problem may be causing
words or sentences not to be displayed) from
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/manpage-has-errors-from-man.html
