ChangeLog, pass1.c, problem.h:
  pass1.c, problem.h: Change blkcnt_t to be e2_blkcnt_t to avoid
  collision with LFS API.
  pass1.c (e2fsck_pass1): Fix bug so that ext2_max_sizes is properly
   initialized.
  (e2fsck_pass1): Don't allow the the boot loader inode to be a
   directory (clear the inode mode field if so).
