ffmpeg: Update to version 6.0

- Update from version 5.1.2 to 6.0
- Update of rootfile
- sobump occurs so find-dependencies checked and the addons mpd, shairport-sync &
   minidlna will be bumped to the next PAK_VER as a patch set with this change.
