iptables.cgi: cosmetics - wider columns

iptables.cgi: cosmetics - wider columns

Hi,

Since the first three columns of 'iptables.cgi' gave a nearly unreadable output
with large numbers, so I made 'pkts', 'bytes' and 'target'-columns a bit wider.

BEFORE - it was something like this:
