iscsi-initiator-utils: Various improvements.

* Update patchset which fixes a lot of bugs and
  provides socked based activation for systemd.

nfs-utils: Update to 1.2.7.

With the update, there are a lot more changes coming.
systemd unit files are shipped and the service is finally
working like a charm.

libnfsidmap: Update to 0.25.

Main change is that this package now ships /etc/idmapd.conf.

quota: New package.

Required by nfs-utils.

glibc: Don't ship quota headers.

These header files will be shipped by the quota package.

rpcbind: New package.

This package is needed by nfs-utils.

iana-etc: Remove package.

The content is now provided with the setup package.

setup: Add /etc/{protocols,services}.

Add those files from Fedora, because those provided with
the iana-etc package are quite outdated and crash rpcbind.

libtirpc: New package.

This library is needed for newer versions of nfs-utils.

pakfire: Update 0.9.24.

This release comes with a huge number of bug fixes,
a lot of rewritten and cleaned-up code as well as some

sqlite is a pretty essential part of the distribution,
