1641 (_bfd_link_section_stabs): When computing the sum of the
1642 characters in a B_INCL..B_EINCL range also keep a count of the
1643 number of characters. Use this information to help distinguish
1644 between include sections when have the same sum but which
1645 nevertheless are still unique.
